Ingredients
Chicken broth 3 tbsp (50 ml),Pumpkin 2 cups (400 g),Diced white onion 1/3 cup (50 g),Garlic 1 clove,Diced carrot 1/4 cup (35 g),Butter 2 tsp (10 g),Salt 1/3 tsp (2 g),Heavy cream 3/4 cup (200 ml),Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g),Ground cinnamon 1/16 tsp (0.2 g)
Instructions
1.Add all prepared ingredients to the blender.
2.Select the "SMOOTH SOUP" function and allow the cycle to run until complete.
Pro Tip
* After serving, top with black pepper and bacon bits, then drizzle with a little cream or olive oil.
* Best served with toasted bread or a warm baguette.
* If the texture is too thick, add up to 3/4 cup (200 ml) milk to adjust consistency.
