Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our US warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time: 5-7 business days after dispatch to the 48 contiguous US states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can track your package at any time using the link in that email.

Issues: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@jesehome.com and we will resolve it promptly.
