SMOOTH SOUP (CREAMY)

Cheddar Broccoli Soup

Yield: 4 cups (1000 ml), Serves 3-4

Ingredients

Broccoli florets 2 cups (300 g), Diced white onion 1/3 cup (50 g), Butter 2 tsp (10 g) , Diced carrot 1/3 cup (45 g) , Diced potato 2 tbsp (25 g) , Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded (50 g) , Milk 2/3 cup (150 ml) , Garlic 2 clovesHeavy cream 2/3 cup (150 ml) , Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g) , Ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp (0.3 g)

Instructions

1.Add all prepared ingredients to the blender.

2.Select the "SMOOTH SOUP" function and allow the cycle to run until complete.

Pro Tip

* Replace milk with chicken broth to enhance depth of flavor.


* After pouring the soup, top with black pepper and bacon bits, then drizzle with a
small amount of cream or olive oil.


* Best served with toasted bread.
