SMOOTH SOUP (CREAMY)

Turkey and Chestnut Soup

Ingredients

  • Peeled chestnuts 2/3 cup (100 g)
  • Turkey 3/4 cup diced (150 g)
  • Diced white onion 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • Bacon 2 slicesDiced carrot 1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Diced celery 1/3 cup (55 g)
  • Garlic 1 cloveMilk 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • Butter 2 tsp (10 g)
  • Chicken broth 3/4 cup (200 ml)
  • Heavy cream 1/4 cup (50 ml)
  • Thyme 1/3 tsp (2 g)
  • Salt 1/3 tsp (2 g)
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Ground nutmeg 1/16 tsp, optional (0.2 g)

Instructions

  1. Add all prepared ingredients to the blender.
  2. Select the "SMOOTH SOUP" function and allow the cycle to run until complete.
