CHUNKY SOUP

Cheddar Broccoli Soup

Yield: 4 cups (1000 ml), Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets 2 cups (300 g)
  • Diced white onion 1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Butter 2 tsp (10 g)
  • Diced carrot 1/3 cup (45 g)
  • Diced potato 2 tbsp (25 g)
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded (50 g)
  • Milk 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Heavy cream 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp (0.3 g)

Instructions

  1. Add all prepared ingredients to theblender.(Except for starch paste andcream.)
  2. Select the "CHUNKY SOUP"function. When 3 minutes remain, addthe slurry.
  3. After the cycle finishes, add creamand press "PULSE" for 2 seconds.

Pro Tip

  • Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a more authentic Italian flavor.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the soup before serving for added richness and aroma.
