CHUNKY SOUP

Country Potato Soup

Yield: 4 cups (900 ml), Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • Broth 1 3/4 cups (400 ml)
  • Diced potatoes 3 cups (500 g)
  • Diced white onion 2 tbsp (25 g)
  • Garlic 1/2 cloveButter 2 tsp (10 g)
  • Diced celery 1/3 cup (40 g)
  • Heavy cream 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • Salt 1/3 tsp (2g)
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Bacon bits 1/4 cup (20 g)
  • Slurry: 1/4 cup water (50 ml) +10 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add all prepared ingredients to theblender.(Except for starch paste andcream.)
  2. Select the "CHUNKY SOUP"function. When 3 minutes remain, addthe slurry.
  3. After the cycle finishes, add creamand press "PULSE" for 2 seconds.

Pro Tip

  • After serving, top with black pepperand bacon bits, then drizzle with alittle cream or olive oil.
