Chunky Soups

Creamy Chicken & Corn Soup

Yield: 4 cups (900 ml), Serves 3-4

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Broth 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
  • Diced chicken breast 3/4 cup (150 g)
  • Corn kernels 3/4 cup (100 g)
  • Diced potatoes 2/3 cup (100 g)
  • Diced white onion 2 tbsp (25 g)
  • Garlic 1 cloveButter 2tsp (10 g)
  • Heavy cream 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Salt 1/3 tsp (2 g)
  • Slurry: 1/4 cup water (50 ml) +10 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add all prepared ingredients tothe blender.(Except for starchpaste and cream.)
  2. Select the "CHUNKY SOUP"function. When 3 minutes remain,add the slurry.
  3. After the cycle finishes, addcream and press "PULSE" for 2seconds.

Pro Tip

* After serving, top with blackpepper and bacon bits, then drizzlewith a little cream or olive oil.
