SMOOTH SOUP (CREAMY)

Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • Mixed mushrooms 3 cups (350 g)
  • Diced potato 1 cup (140 g)
  • Diced white onion 1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Butter 2 tsp (10g)
  • Milk 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • Heavy cream 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • Bay leaf 1/4 pieceSalt 1/3 tsp (2 g)
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp (0.3 g)

Instructions

  1. Add all prepared ingredients to the blender.
  2. Select the "SMOOTH SOUP" function and allow the cycle to run until complete.

  • Use any combination of mush-rooms totaling about 3 cups (350 g);wild varieties add deeper flavor.
  • Replace milk with chicken broth fora deeper, more savory flavor.
