CHUNKY SOUP

Cheddar Broccoli Soup

Yield: 4 cups (1000 ml), Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • Italian sausage(sliced) 1/2 lb (250 g)
  • Garlic 1/2 cloveMilk 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • Broth 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Diced potatoes 1 1/2 cups (220 g)
  • Diced zucchini 1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Diced red bell pepper 1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Butter 2 tsp (10g)
  • Diced white onion 2 tbsp (25 g)
  • Chopped kale 1/2 cup (60 g)
  • Salt 1/3tsp (2g)
  • Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Slurry: 1/4 cup water (50 ml) +10 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add all prepared ingredients to theblender.(Except for starch paste andcream.)
  2. Select the "CHUNKY SOUP"function. When 3 minutes remain, addthe slurry.
  3. After the cycle finishes, add creamand press "PULSE" for 2 seconds.

Pro Tip

  • Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a more authentic Italian flavor.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the soup before serving for added richness and aroma.
