SMOOTH SOUP (CREAMY)

Potato Bacon Soup

Ingredients

  • Diced white onion 1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Bacon 3-4 slicesDiced potatoes 1 cup (150 g)
  • Heavy cream 1/4 cup (50 ml)
  • Butter 2 tsp (10 g)
  • Milk 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • Heavy cream 1/4 cup (50 ml)
  • Ground black pepper 1 g (1/2 tsp)
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp (1 g)
  • Salt 1/3 tsp (2 g)

Instructions

  1. Add all prepared ingredients to the blender.
  2. Select the "SMOOTH SOUP" function and allow the cycle to run until complete.

  • Replace milk with chicken broth for¥2a deeper, more savory flavor.
  • After serving, top with blackpepper and bacon bits, then drizzlewith a little cream or olive oil.
