SMOOTH SOUP (CREAMY)

Potato LeekSoup

Yield: 4 cups (900 ml), Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • Chicken broth 2/3 cup (150 ml) ,
  • Diced potato 1 1/4 cups (250 g) ,
  • Leek, sliced (white & light greenparts only) , 2/3 cup (100 g) ,
  • Diced onion 1/8 cup (25 g) ,
  • Garlic 1/16 cup (2 g) ,
  • Butter 1/16 cup (10 g) ,
  • Milk 2/3 cup (150 ml) ,
  • Salt 1/16 cup (2g) ,
  • Black pepper 1/16 cup (1 g) ,
  • Heavy cream 1/4 cup (50 ml)

Instructions

  1. Add all prepared ingredients to the blender.
  2. Select the "SMOOTH SOUP" function and allow the cycle to run until complete.

Pro Tip

  • After pouring the soup, top with black pepper and bacon bits, then drizzle with a small amount of cream or olive oil.
  • Best served with toasted bread.
