Ingredients
Fresh green peas 1 cup (200 g)
Diced white onion 1/3 cup (50 g)
Diced carrot 1/2 cup (90 g)
Diced celery 1/3 cup,1-2 stalks (55 g)
Garlic 2 cloves
Diced potato 1/2 cup (75 g)
Butter 2 tsp (10 g)
Milk 2/3 cup (150 ml)
Heavy cream 1/2 cup (100 ml)
Bay leaf 1/4 piece
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp (1 g)
Dried parsley 1 tsp (1 g)
Salt 1/3 tsp, or to taste (2 g)
Instructions
1.Add all prepared ingredients to the blender.
2.Select the "SMOOTH SOUP" function and allow the cycle to run until complete.
Pro Tip
* After pouring the soup, top with black pepper, crushed peas, and bacon bits. Drizzle with a small amount of cream or olive oil for added richness and presentation.
* Best served with toasted bread.
* If the texture is too thick, increase the milk to 20o-250 ml.
* According to personal taste, broth or bouillon may be added for enhanced flavor.
